A. Furniture is blanket wrapped and delivered on company trucks.
Q. Are drop shipments available?
A. No.
Q. Can I get a smaller or larger
variation of a piece?
A. No, presently dimension changes are not possible.
Q. What if my piece is damaged?
A. If damage is found at the time of delivery, the item can
be refused and deducted from the invoice. If damage is discovered
after delivery or a repair must be made, please take a photograph
of the damaged area and send it to us at American Heritage

Q. Is there a warranty on cracking?
A. Yes, there is a one-year warranty.
